We launched one of our most meaningful leadership conversations this year.

At our Ascend NorCal Inspiring Across Generations (IAG) / Ascend Executive Network (AEN) Conference, we brought together professionals across early career, mid-career, and executive levels during Women's History Month.

March Recap: A New Perspective on Transformation

Instead of traditional panel discussions at our March conference, we introduced case study-based breakout discussions and intentionally mixed career levels to explore a shared question:

How is transformation actually experienced across the organization?

That shift changed the conversation. It became more honest, more practical, and more reflective of what transformation actually feels like across the organization.
